   Each time I fill it out, I click "Submit" and it brings me right back to Step 2 with the Logo blanked out but everything else still filled in. My logo is under the max size at 90x83 and in .png format. What's going on?

   Can you try again now? We did some update few hours ago that causes the problem, it should work now.
