I would love to use the new Facebook submission but I need to submit to my business page and Tapatalk wants to put it my personal profile... Is there a way to do that?
Thanks Winter! It's understandably trying to just put it in the associated email personal profile instead of allowing it to go to the page. Since I share information with my readers through a business page I cannot do that at the present time, unless there is a workaround. I would venture to think this affects a lot of users as most site owners tie them to FB pages rather than to their personal pages. I look forward to learning more and will stop back regularly!
Let me pick ur brain I have a page for my site but I rarely use it. My members get all the info from the site. How does it benefit your site to have the same info on fb and ur site. What kind of stuff do you put on your page. I want to utilize fb more but wasnt sure if it was worth it or what content to add. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sure you can pick my brain... other than providing good quality backlinks to my site, it let those readers that don't check in regularly to see what is going on at the site and remind them its there... But I actually submit info to my FB page that I do not have on the site... giving my FB readers even more information and again giving them an easy way to navigate back to the website. I often share with my Twitter and/or FB readers info I run across in forums, which I do not post to my main website, hence why I was so excited about the new FB integration in Tapatalk, which I use on my iPad... but I cannot get the information onto that page, it only will post to my personal profile that FB requires I associate with the page. It will not allow me to navigate to the associated site page set up that links back to my website. Did I answer your questions?
