UI Enhancements?

Are there any plans to enhance the UI on the Android app. It looks so dated and ugly compared to the iPhone version. That's the biggest problem I have with the app. Compared side by side, the iPhone version makes the Android one seem so archaic. On my Droid, I feel like most of my screen is being wasted. The pictures and font aren't optimized for high resolution devices and the fonts are way too large and the icons are very blurry/pixelated. It's an awesome app, but I was turned away at first because of how ugly it was. Once I started to force myself to use it over the mobile version of the forum I visit, I realized it was much easier and quicker to navigate. But the UI really needs some work. Things need to be optimized for the Droid/N1 and other higher resolution devices.

The tabs on the top need to be smaller. The text isn't needed, we know what the 4 icons are. It's just taking space away from posts. The icons on the tabs need to be a higher resolution also, because they're very blurry. Once you actually enter a thread it gets a bit better, but it's very bland. I still feel like the mobile version of the forum is much nicer looking.

There is a mobile theme that can be quickly installed in vBulletin from ElForro that looks much nicer but obviously doesn't add as nice of an experience that Tapatalk does. But it's still something to look at, and know that the UI is really hurting the app for me. Go to ElForro.com on your Android device to look at the mobile optimized version of vBulletin. It takes 2 seconds to install on a forum as well.

Even though I think the app still has a long way to go to be considered great, it's getting there. And I'm glad you're working to make it better. I purchased the Pro version to support you guys, and I hope you can keep making the app better. I look forward to see what updates you add to the Android version of the app.
