Users can not upload pics for some reason on my forum. I tried using this and it said "Upload Failed. Please contact your forum administrator if this problem persists." Any idea what could be wrong? Help needed please? Using the app on vbulletin 3.8.4 Tapatalk 1.5.1 PHP5 www.bowrd.com

I had this issue, but my forum uses PHP4. We also have PHP5 installed on the server for other forums but for speed purposes our main forum is sticking with PHP4. I added a .htaccess file to the mobiquo folder on the server that told it to use PHP5. If your sever has both installed this might work for you as well. AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php
hoekone, Yao is working on the vb4 update now - are you able to PM him FTP access to your server mobiquo/ folder and he can take a look? I hope we can close this issue fairly soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As soon as we receive FTP access to your server mobiquo/ folder it can be resolved in a matter of one or two business day.
I'm a little apprehensive towards giving my FTP info out, even though I'm sure you're a trustworthy source. Is there something inparticular I can be looking for?

Ive uploaded the file but the member testing it still reported "talk to admin" error message. Still waiting on owner regarding ftp access.
It seems changing the mobiquo folder to 777 as discussed via email has worked, we can now upload images. Thanks for sorting this out.
