My forum members are loving the iPhone app! One suggestion they had that I thought was interesting was the ability to mark threads for "offline viewing" For example, if you login to the app while you have an internet connection and then star or mark a few threads that you want to read later, then when you have no service, you can still pull up those threads to read the information posted there. Is that something that could possibly be added in a future version?
Are you using phpBB system or vBulletin? There is a "subscribed" feature where you can "mark" the thread and you will be able to access it later thru the Subscribed view.
I'm using vbulletin. Does the subscribed feature work for offline viewing when a person has no internet connection? I thought that was for subscribing to a thread so you could get email notifications of replies?
