I'm trying to get Tapatalk installed and working properly on my forum (www.boonecountychat.com) so that mobile users can easily access the boards. I seem to be missing something when it comes to installation though. I'm fairly new to all of this forum stuff, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Disregard. I was having trouble getting the installation process to work. I've gotten everything up and running now. Users are happy with their ability to peruse our forums via their mobile device. Although, one member with a Droid said that he still couldn't access the forum via Tapatalk. He said that when he tried searching for our forum, it says that the software isn't installed.
Not sure if I understand.. hm.. perhaps you can get him to visit this forum and post his questions at the Android sub-forum? I am sure the fine folks over there will be able to help.
