Hi, I own a forum at www.calistyle101.com/forums. Everything is installed, but when I access the forum from Tapatalk on my iphone, I don't see the subforums listed on the main "categories" page. It just shows the word "Forums" at the top, and a blank page. The links at the bottom work, but not the actual forum listing.

Is this a bug, or did I do something wrong?

Here is the error we received:

    <br /><strong>Warning</strong>: array_merge() [<a href='function.array-merge'>function.array-merge</a>]: Argument #1 is not an array in <strong>/home/calisty/public_html/forums/includes/config.php</strong> on line <strong>99</strong><br />

Can you try turning some of the vBulletin plugin and see if it helps resolve the issue? It appears as some internal warning and usually caused by incompatible plugin.

Let's us know if you find anything suspicious...

Yeah, I have way too many plugins to go through them all to figure out what's the problem. I guess I'll just have to do without tapatalk for now.

It's not hard to quickly turn plugins on and off, just go through when your traffic is slow and turn them off one by one until Tapatalk starts working. Once the dev team knows the problem, they can either work it out or advise others that a specific plugin isn't compatible.

    Just a suggestion

    TheFreebieGuy,

We are upgrading our plugin system to improve compatibility with most plugin - stay tuned and we may make it to the next release.

Sounds good. I disabled around 20 plugins to see if it was something obvious and then decided to leave it alone. I'll look out for the next update.

well first you should of disabled ALL plugins by turning off the hook system.

that way you will know if its a plugin thats causing the problem. if you turn off all plugins by switching off the hook system and you still have the issue then the issue isn't a plugin and it will save you sometime.

if tapatalk works after you turn off all plugins then i would try to figure out what mods you have on your forum home page. i know there are some mods that deal with sub forums. i would start with any mod that effects ur home page. i had an issue in the beginning of my testing and i had to go through the same thing.

Wow, Thank you for that suggestion. I've disabled ALL PLUGINS using the hook system and it still doesn't show any of the subforums. I guess it's not a plugin problem. It's either a tapatalk system or a problem with my installation. Hopefully this can be fixed because tapatalk seems pretty cool.

To the best of my knowledge mods should not effect it after they are turned off.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I agree with you, I've never heard of a plugin affecting anything when it is off. But anything is possible.

    Hi TheFreebieGuy,

Did you tap on the "Refresh" icon on your iPhone at the upper right corner?

    See attached:

Yes, So far I've tapped Refresh a bunch of times. I've also disabled every plugin. Still to no avail. I'm using VBulletin V3.7. Not sure what the problem is.

Ok, I got a new Mobiquo.zip file from the admin here via email, installed it and it now works perfectly fine. YAY TAPATALK!!

    What was the issue though

That's a good question. I'm not sure. I wasn't informed as to what the changed they made was. They said that it would be available in the next release.

    Glad to see this working!
